I competed in the Headless Horseman Adventure Race last year for the first time. Set in the Ballyhouras near Kilmallock in County Limerick you really couldn’t get a better location for an Adventure Race.

I have done many races all over Ireland and the organisation by Fiona and her team is second to none.

The support from the locals was fantastic. The marshalls encouragement kept us pushing along and the motorbike outriders made you feel 100% safe at all times. For anyone wanting a challenging race in a beautiful location you’ll be hard pushed to beat The Headless Horseman.
